Science fair starts at Syedpur
A two-day long science fair has started in Syedpur of Nilphamari organized by the Upazila administration. In the fair, various innovations and ideas related to science and technology have been presented in 12 stalls.
Acting Chairman of Syedpur Upazila Parishad Ajmal Hossain inaugurated the fair on Tuesday, January 30 in the morning under the theme 'Science and Technology, Innovation is Power'.
Assistant Commissioner (Land) Aminul Islam, Academic Supervisor Anwar Hossain, Principal of International School Shabahat Ali, Principal of Laxmanpur School and College Rezaul Karim Reza, Headmaster of Al-Faruq Academy Shafiqul Islam and other heads of various educational institutions were present at the inauguration ceremony held at Syedpur Pilot High School ground.
Earlier, on December 2 last year, the annual science fair ‘Joy of innovation’ was held at Tulsiram Government Primary School, a centenary and traditional educational institution in Saidpur, organized by Its Humanity Foundation. Students of Sayedpur Hope International School, Tulshiram Government Primary School, Subordinate Primary School, Al-Farooq Academy, Sayedpur Muslim High School also participated in the fair along with 3 schools of Its Humanity Foundation.
